Placing an order :
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with an order reference number. Your order will be shipped by express delivery within 1 week(it depends if the bows need to be crafted from blanks or not).Shipping to U.S.& European countries normally takes from 3 to 5 working days, other countries maybe 20 days or more.All deliveries require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to sign for your order. If no one is present to receive delivery, a note will usually be left and you will need to contact the carrier to request a different delivery date or arrange to collect your parcel.
When you receive your order you should check for any visible signs of damage to the packaging and any damage should be stated on the delivery note. If, after opening the package, you discover any damage you must advise WangBow via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.Violin bows is a very delicate products, and can be easily damaged without proper handling.
Returns policy :
If for any reason you want to return a product, we operate a no questions asked return policy for US & EU customers and you have 7 days from the date of sign the parcel to notify WangBow via e-mail jimmy@wangbow.com of your decision, remembering, of course, to quote your invoice number. Provided that the product is as new with its original packaging and any associated accessories without any damage, you should return it to us within 7 other days of notification.Simply include a print copy of your sales order with the item you wish to return and ensure that it is securely packed, as we cannot be responsible for damaged goods returned for refund, then send by express delivery to the PayPal verified address. Be very sure to contact us before you send out, or we may not be able to receive the parcel.

WangBow is not responsible for returned products lost or damaged or custody in custom during transit and customers may wish to consider taking out appropriate insurance with express service company, or they maybe only pay you back with what they charge you at your losses. Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 3 working days and a refund will be made back to the original money account that made the payment. For international customers, you need to pay for DOUBLE WAY delivery cost including DOUBLE WAY tax and tariff, and if possible, please pay them in advance, or they will be deducted while refund. It's possible that total return cost is higher than the value of bows in some extreme cases.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We only ship to credit card billing address or paypal confirmed address. All prices include no VAT and EU customers have possible further taxes to pay whereas customers living outside the European Community will not pay VAT and will therefore be responsible for paying any customs tariffs and duties that may apply in their country.
